Double Row

The inner and outer rings of double-row cylindrical roller bearings are made of high-purity bearing steel or high-temperature heat-resistant ZYG42E bearing steel. With special heat treatment process, cold treatment process and material modification technology, the fatigue life of this series of bearings is greatly improved.

Both single-row and double-row roller bearings have two types: cylindrical bore and tapered bore. In order to adjust the radial internal clearance on the main shaft after installation, and improve the rotational accuracy and radial stiffness of the main shaft, tapered bore bearings are generally used.

There are two kinds of cages: PEEK resin cage guided by outer ring and copper alloy cage guided by rolling elements, which can be selected according to different purposes.

The double row short cylindrical roller bearing adopts a steel alloy cage guided by rolling elements; the service limit temperature is 300°.
