Corrosion-Resistant Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Corrosion-resistant deep groove ball bearing is a widely used bearing type, which can operate in various harsh environments, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant, uniform at high speed, and can resist the corrosion of moisture and other chemical media. The product design is the same as the deep groove ball made of ordinary chrome steel, which can bear radial and axial loads at the same time, and is suitable for use in high-speed conditions.

Deep groove ball bearings are particularly versatile, they are suitable for high and very high speeds and can withstand loads in both radial and axial directions. Single row deep groove ball bearings have open and sealed designs, which are characterized by low frictional resistance and high rotational speed. Axial load parts, widely used in brushless motors, household appliances, smart home industry.

Compared with ordinary steel bearings, martensitic stainless steel bearings (420, 440) have stronger rust and corrosion resistance, and at the same time have the characteristics of high mechanical strength, large load capacity and high speed, and are widely used in food processing, medical equipment, pharmaceutical machinery aspect. However, it should be noted that martensitic stainless steel materials are weakly magnetic and have worse corrosion resistance than austenite.

Austenitic stainless steel bearings (304, 316) are almost non-magnetic and have very good corrosion resistance. Therefore, it is widely used in chemical and electronic industries.
